I wasn’t always

Before any of this — before the certifications, the clients, the 1,200 transformations — I was the person searching for the right answer in every book, every programme, every coach I could find.

The turning point wasn’t a new training method. It was a simple realisation: the generic approach is the problem, not the person following it. Every body has a different baseline. Every life has different constraints.

That realisation has driven every hour of coaching since. Not “here is what works” — but “here is what works for you, specifically, right now, in the life you actually have.”

Precision is not complexity.

The best plan is the simplest one that gets the result. Complexity is often a sign that the coach doesn't understand the client well enough.
