Yes. Fat loss is about your overall calorie pattern, not any single food. Rice, nasi lemak, roti, biryani. None of these are the problem. The AMIFIT approach is built around the food you actually eat as a Malaysian or South Asian, including social meals, family dinners, and hawker food. You will not be handed a Western meal plan that ignores your culture. The plan fits your life, not the other way around.
No supplements are required. If your diet provides adequate protein, which AMIFIT plans are built to ensure, you do not need powders, pre-workouts, or fat burners.
